What customers mention
See what customers praise and complain about most
AI reads every review with text and ticks the topics it is about, such as “Friendly staff”, “Long wait” or “Too expensive”. Next to the general topics, your sector adds its own: an estate agent gets other topics than a florist or a supermarket.
On Premium, What customers mention gives each topic its own card. First the compliments of the last 12 months, then the complaints of the last 3 months, the most mentioned first. A card counts the reviews, such as “3×”, and quotes up to 3 of the newest. Click it to see those reviews, with the quote marked in the text.
Mark a complaint as Tackled and the card tells you what happened since, such as “Since 12 October: no more complaints”. A complaint that comes up in 3 or more reviews within 12 months can also get a tip of up to 15 words, based only on what those reviews say.

What happens when a platform removes one of my reviews?
It moves to Removed by the platform, with its stars, name, text and the day it was gone, and stays there for 90 days. A review only counts as removed when the platform's own review count drops too. On Premium you also get an email about it.

What happens when a platform removes one of my reviews?
Each weekly read compares the newest reviews on the platform with the ones Reviews Monitor already has. A review only counts as removed when the platform’s own review count drops as well. It then moves to Removed by the platform, with its stars, name, date, text and the day it was gone, and stays there for 90 days. If it comes back, it returns to your list. On Premium you also get an email about it.
