The questions your customers ask, put to 5 AI assistants
Every Premium location has two fixed questions. The name question asks about your business by its name. The category question is what a customer nearby asks, with your neighbourhood and town, such as “I want to buy flowers in Muswell Hill, London, what is a good florist?”. It never names your business.
In Manage searches, add up to 5 questions of your own, of 3 to 200 characters each. A question you add is asked from the next weekly check.
The Overview table lists every question in a row, with a column per assistant. One icon per cell tells you if that assistant names you, names another location of yours, or does not name you. A question that is not checked yet, being checked or failed says so.

Answers
Pick a question. See who each assistant names instead of you.
Pick a question and you get one row per assistant. The outcome is a plain sentence: “Names you as number 2”, “Names another location” or “Does not name you”. The number is your place among the businesses the answer names.
Next to it are the first 3 businesses the answer names, with yours marked, and how many more there are. When an answer names one of your 2 competitors, it is marked as well, so it never hides among the rest. In the question menu, every question says how many assistants name you, such as “2 of 5 name you”.
View answer opens the answer the assistant gave, up to 2,000 characters. Below it are its sources, when the assistant gives them: the pages it read to write the answer, and whether your own website was one of them.

Four numbers tell you how often AI names you
At the top of the page, four tiles count the answers of the latest check. They give the share of answers that name you, the assistant that names you most often, the one that names you least, and the number of questions where no assistant names you, with the first of them by name.
Premium checks every week by itself, and a location that was never checked straight away. Claude answers once every 30 days; until then, its last answer counts, with its own date. AI answers differ per person and per moment, so every check is a snapshot of what each assistant said that day.

AI answers differ per person and per moment. Every check is a snapshot: the answer the assistant gave that day to the exact question shown, saved so you can read it back.
Can I see which competitors AI recommends instead of me?
Yes, on Premium. Each answer shows the businesses it names and marks your 2 competitors. On Free you see that other businesses are named, not which ones.
